Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades apply at your next billing date. Nothing is ever deleted when you change plans — features simply pause until you need them again.
A venue is one physical site with its own menus and publishing — a restaurant, a hotel (including all its outlets: breakfast, bar, room service), or one location of a group. If you're not sure how your setup maps, ask us and we'll be straight with you.
Really. You get the full Brasserie plan for 14 days. When the trial ends, your menus stay safe and readable — publishing simply pauses until you choose a plan. We'd rather earn the renewal than ambush you with one.

Estate is a flat monthly price for unlimited venues — no per-venue charges that punish you for growing. Annual billing gets two months free, and we can invoice for groups that prefer purchase orders.
Always. Every menu, dish, wine and price can be exported to CSV or JSON at any time, on any plan — including expired trials. Your menus are yours.
Included. Every plan comes with the booking engine: rooms, apartments, tables and venue hire, the popup widget for your website, menu pre-ordering on table bookings, and email confirmations. No per-booking fees.
